…realises they need to get their sh*t together, then immediately becomes an overnight success with a perfect business and life after learning this one secret? Yeah this is not one of those…

YEAH THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE…

…even though there has been quiet a few big magical moments, I found them by working my ass of for years…

FLASHBACK TO A FEW YEARS AGO: I WAS STRUGGLING WITH MY CONFIDENCE, STRUGGLING TO CHARGE WHAT I KNEW I WAS WORTH AND THOUGH ID BE STUCK IN A JOB I HATED UNTIL I DIED.

My first attempt at turning things around was in 2015 when I quit my 9-5 job for the first time and moved to the UK with my girlfriend. But I was so hyper-focused on how my business looked (perfecting my website, branding, portfolio etc.) & proving that I was capable to everyone & anyone … that I ended up completely ignoring business basics (reaching out to my market & trying to book appointments). 

Because of the lack of demand, I gave everything up mere months later to go back to a corporate job.

LESS THAN A YEAR LATER, IN THE MIDST OF BEING BASICALLY BROKE AND AN INTENSE PANIC ATTACKS — I WAS INTRODUCED TO A MENTOR BY A GOOD FREIND.

I remember coming off my first few coaching calls with my mentor, heading straight to my girlfriend and crying with RELIEF that maybe, just maybe, I wasn’t crazy after all, that maybe I was just looking at things the wrong way.

I opened up Apple Notes, started declaring and made the commitment right then and there – I would do whatever it took to rise above the negative thinking that had been plaguing me, and work towards creating a better life for myself.

SO, I STARTED LISTENING TO THE ONE VOICE THAT REALLY MATTERED: PEOPLE WHO WERE EXACTLY WHERE I WANTED TO BE.

Allowing myself to focus on my real purpose, to learn principles & perspectives from outside the design space, and then doing the mindset work to shift through blocks (AT LIGHTNING SPEED), allowed me to quantum leap in my business. $30k months came around the corner.

IN 2017? I HIT A MULTIPLE 6-FIGURE RUN-RATE IN MY BUSINESS (WHILE STILL IN MY 9-5.)

Then, I finally had the confidence to leave my 9-5 job once and for all, BECAUSE I KNEW THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MY ACTIONS AND REVENUE.

Now, in 2023, I’ve built a simple design business to $80k+ months, & can sell my expertise to clients who truly value it, which allows me to live my life of passion, purpose & freedom (whilst building my personal wealth). I’ve moved my family to Bali, Indonesia, and bought my dream villa. 

And to top it off, my design business runs 90% without me, which allows me the time to work with hundreds of designers around the world looking to create their own leverage…

BUT I DON’T SAY ALL THIS TO SHOW OFF — I SAY IT SO YOU CAN SEE THAT IT’S POSSIBLE FOR YOU TOO.

I definitely don’t pretend to have it all figured out. I don’t wake up every morning at 5 am with perfect hair. I don’t sh*t thousand dollar bills.

But I have learned that combining mindset, business fundamentals, AND strategy is my secret sauce.
